We are currently looking for a Principal Solution Architect (AI experience is a must) to join our team in Mexico City (CDMX) and lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence solutions.

This role will play a key part in defining the AI architecture strategy, establishing best practices, and guiding the development of scalable AI/ML systems that support innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with technology leaders, data teams, and engineering managers to define and implement advanced AI-driven architectures.

You will act as a strategic technical leader, ensuring that AI initiatives align with the broader data and digital transformation strategy while enabling teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI systems.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• At least 3 years working on AI/ML projects

• Strong experience designing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning

• 5+ years programming with Java, Python, Spark, and Hadoop

• Location: Mexico City (CDMX) – candidates must reside in the city

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including:

  • Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning

  • Neural networks and deep learning

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Computer vision

• Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model optimization techniques

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

• Knowledge of AI architectures, including LLMs, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection

• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns (SOLID)

• Experience designing RESTful APIs

• Experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience deploying and managing cloud-based AI/ML applications

• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

• Define and lead the AI architecture vision and strategy across the organization

• Establish standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI solutions

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures based on business and technical requirements

• Collaborate with technology and data leaders to ensure alignment with the data strategy

• Guide engineering teams in the implementation of scalable AI solutions

• Identify opportunities for innovation through AI and advanced analytics

• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and generate actionable insights

• Support digital transformation by integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms

• Troubleshoot complex architecture issues and continuously improve system design

• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural governance
