In this role, you will be a key member of a highly qualified team of professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include migrating APIs from WebSphere to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and developing new initiatives for the Producer Portal. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to global technological progress while developing your skills and career.
This is you
4+ years of experience in Java development;
Solid experience in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture;
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
Experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) for clean and secure code;
Proficiency in SQL databases;
Experience with RESTful applications and SOAP services;
Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English level.
Nice-to-have skills:
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS);
Experience with NoSQL databases;
Proficiency with Stack Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
Basic understanding of messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
This is your role
Develop and maintain robust Java-based microservices using Spring Boot;
Actively contribute to migrating existing microservices to modern cloud architectures, ensuring scalability and maintainability;
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and SOAP services for the insurance ecosystem, including Policy Inquiries and Portals;
Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to produce clean, secure, and high-quality code;
Design and integrate SQL databases to support application data needs;
Implement best practices in design and development to ensure system maintainability.
