In Santiago de Chile, within the Logistics & Distribution industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team.
This is a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
This is you
1+ years of experience as a Product Owner in digital product development;
Confident in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
Deep understanding of the entire life cycle of a digital product, from conception to delivery and subsequent optimization;
Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to optimize digital products;
Knowledge of techniques that help frequent product delivery (continuous delivery, release planning, etc.);
Deal with product discovery techniques, ways to reduce risks (feasibility, value, usability), and validate hypotheses (interviews, prototypes, fake door, etc.);
Proficient in such tools as Jira, Confluence, and virtual whiteboards (Miro-Mural-Whiteboard);
Ability to interpret and use data to analyze user behavior (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.);
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and influence product culture.
This is your role
Act as an Agile leader, guiding the team to deliver high-quality digital products;
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → optimization);
Define and validate product ideas through discovery activities (interviews, prototypes, experiments);
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance
Plan and support continuous delivery and release processes;
Collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on product goals;
Foster a product mindset and culture within the team.
