In Argentina within the Cloud-Native Software Development domain, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to building scalable backend systems with AI integration capabilities. You'll be working in modern AWS environments, developing microservices and REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and solution quality. This role requires a strong DevOps mindset, commitment to software quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile teams focused on continuous delivery and measurable impact.

This is you

• Solid experience developing backend applications with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proven experience working in AWS cloud-native environments including Lambdas, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.

• Strong knowledge building REST APIs and designing microservices architectures.

• Solid testing practices including unit and integration testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and observability tools.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working under Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Focus on prioritizing impact and continuous delivery in agile environments.

• Very important: Experience working with AI tools and their practical application in software development.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Background in Kotlin or Java development (huge plus!).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK).

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic).

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless patterns.

• Experience with AI/ML model integration or LLM-based applications.

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS environments leveraging Lambdas, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.

• Develop robust REST APIs and microservices following best practices and architectural patterns.

• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

• Utilize AI tools practically to enhance development productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment.

• Implement and maintain containerized applications following DevOps best practices.

• Set up observability tools and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Prioritize work based on business impact and focus on delivering value continuously.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

• Design event-driven architectures using AWS messaging services (SQS, SNS).

• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of backend services.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI tools and their applications in software engineering.
