Within the industrial manufacturing domain, we are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem.

The role focuses on developing Power BI reports, designing semantic (Tabular) models, and implementing ETL processes in Azure to support KPI tracking and operational analytics.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of an international team of data and analytics professionals, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across different domains.

Your primary responsibility will involve designing and delivering data models and reporting solutions that support KPI tracking, operational performance, and business insights.

This is you

• Strong experience with Power BI and DAX (this is a key requirement)

• Solid background in the Azure data ecosystem

• Experience with data modeling (semantic / tabular models)

• Hands-on experience with ETL / data integration processes

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with Git for version control

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps or similar)

• Comfortable working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into data solutions

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics

• Exposure to enterprise-scale reporting environments

• Experience working in international or distributed teams

This is your role

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports aligned with business needs

• Design and optimize semantic (Tabular) data models

• Build and improve data pipelines (ETL / data integration)

• Create and optimize DAX measures and calculations

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance

• Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions
