As a People & Culture Specialist, you will support the day-to-day HR operations and help ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in onboarding, administration, and employee support while collaborating closely with different teams.

This is you

• You have strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

• You have solid knowledge of Czech labor law

• You have experience working with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, or you are eager to learn

• You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• You enjoy collaboration and have a customer-service mindset

• You are fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken)

• Experience with onboarding is a plus

This is your role

• Support the onboarding process (documentation, coordination, and orientation sessions)

• Manage and maintain HR documentation and internal knowledge bases

• Oversee and coordinate background checks for new and existing employees

• Prepare and manage contracts, amendments, and personal documentation in line with legal requirements

• Handle HR service desk requests, ensuring timely resolution

• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS)

• Support communication of HR policies and procedures across the company

• Provide general administrative support and assist with company events (e.g., team buildings, internal events, company breakfasts)

• Manage and administer employee absences (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, etc.)
