As a People & Culture Specialist, you will support the day-to-day HR operations and help ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in onboarding, administration, and employee support while collaborating closely with different teams.

You have strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
You have solid knowledge of Czech labor law
You have experience working with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, or you are eager to learn
You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
You enjoy collaboration and have a customer-service mindset
You are fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken)
Experience with onboarding is a plus
This is your role
Support the onboarding process (documentation, coordination, and orientation sessions)
Manage and maintain HR documentation and internal knowledge bases
Oversee and coordinate background checks for new and existing employees
Prepare and manage contracts, amendments, and personal documentation in line with legal requirements
Handle HR service desk requests, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS)
Support communication of HR policies and procedures across the company
Provide general administrative support and assist with company events (e.g., team buildings, internal events, company breakfasts)
Manage and administer employee absences (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, etc.)
