We are actively seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect to strengthen our team and lead complex commerce transformation initiatives. In this role, you will combine deep architectural expertise with strong presales and stakeholder management skills to design scalable Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business goals.
This is you
Deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and Core Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
Strong hands-on knowledge of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce CMS.
Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions (MuleSoft/Boomi), and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of OAuth flows, SSO, and role-based access models.
Strong background in technical discovery, gap analysis, effort estimation, and solution design.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect certification, along with Application Architect or System Architect certification.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in conducting deep-dive technical demos during presales stages.
Strong documentation skills for creating ERDs, system landscapes, and technical design documents.
Experience balancing custom development with out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
This is your role
Lead presales activities by providing technical validation during sales cycles and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate technical discovery workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state roadmaps.
Create and maintain key architectural documentation, including ERDs, system landscapes, and TDDs.
Manage technical discussions with stakeholders and negotiate trade-offs between bespoke customization and OOTB functionality.
Oversee delivery from an architectural perspective, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful go-live.
