We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in the banking sector to support agile teams responsible for the Corporate Banking electronic channel. The person will be key in facilitating agile practices, the continuous improvement of the teams, and the delivery of value in digital products for corporate clients

This is you

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach;

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies;

• Proven ability to facilitate Agile processes and drive continuous improvement;

• Experience in removing impediments and improving team performance;

• Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, tech leads, and stakeholders;

• Experience with backlog management and release planning;

• Ability to track and use Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, etc.);

• Experience working with OKRs, quarterly planning, and goal tracking;

• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative, transparent culture;

• Experience in banking/regulated environment;

• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
  

This is your role

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and ensure their effectiveness;

• Support teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of agile practices;

• Remove impediments that affect team productivity;

• Promote self-organization and improved team performance;

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders;

• Ensure proper backlog management and release planning;

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and a focus on value;

• Maintain a culture of collaboration, transparency, and a focus on value;

• Measure and track agile metrics (velocity, lead time, etc.);

• Align teams with regulatory standards and processes specific to the banking environment;

• Support quarterly (Q) planning, OKR definition, and goal tracking.
