In Göteborg, we are actively seeking an Enterprise Architect, Data & AI to strengthen our Digital & IT organization and help shape the future of data-driven and AI-enabled transformation. In this role, you will drive the architectural agenda across data, analytics, and AI initiatives, helping build scalable, sustainable technical ecosystems and enabling long-term business value.
You will be part of the Data Acceleration team and a key member of the new AI Framework, which drives and governs AI transformation while connecting domain initiatives with broader group-level AI strategy. Working closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, business stakeholders, and IT leaders, you will help define target architecture, roadmaps, governance, and reference models for Data & AI across the organization.
This is you
12+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, data, analytics, AI, or related advisory roles.
Strong experience in AI, analytics, data transformation, or innovation-focused environments.
Background in leading or supporting AI, analytics, and data software delivery.
Strong understanding of AI, BI & Analytics technologies, data flows, governance, and data quality.
Solid understanding of modern AI and data platforms, including the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Proven ability to work in complex environments, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
Experience with Agile delivery in Data / AI contexts.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Academic background in Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, or a related field.
Fluent English.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience working in large enterprise or group-level transformation environments.
Experience participating in or supporting architecture governance bodies.
Experience leading or mentoring solution architects within a domain.
This is your role
Establish Data, Analytics, and AI technical roadmaps, domain target architecture, and enablement plans to support scalable adoption.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into actionable architectural requirements.
Define and maintain frameworks, principles, and governance models for architecture within the Data & AI domain.
Secure and evolve reference architectures to accelerate development and delivery.
Guide Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, target architecture, requirements, and guardrails.
Conduct architecture reviews and support decision-making across the domain.
Participate in relevant governance bodies within your area of responsibility.
Lead and support a team of solution architects within the domain.
