We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst based in Argentina, specializing in Dynamics migration projects for a client serving the Insurance industry. You will play a key part in capturing requirements, preparing documentation, and collaborating on implementation.

This is you

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven involvement in Dynamics migration projects;

• Strong skills in conducting user meetings and participating in design sessions;

• Proficiency in preparing technical specification documentation, including SRS, Business Models, Data Models, and interface prototypes;

• Experience collaborating on project management documentation (e.g., project plans, estimate sheets);

• Familiarity with application implementation, monitoring tasks, and reviewing key Administration and Finance processes;

• Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English level.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.

This is your role

• Capture and specify business requirements, generating agreed-upon documentation;

• Optionally prepare a Requirements Inventory document;

• Conduct user meetings to gather insights and feedback;

• Participate in design meetings to align on solutions;

• Develop technical specifications (SRS, Business Model, Data Model, interface prototypes);

• Collaborate on project management artifacts like plans and estimate sheets;

• Support application implementation and monitoring activities;

• Review and optimize the Administration and Finance processes.
