We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in developing and scaling sophisticated virtual assistant. This role is a blend of high-level backend engineering and cutting-edge AI integration within a modern cloud ecosystem. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital banking interactions.

This is you

• You are an experienced developer who balances technical mastery with a proactive, systematic approach to problem-solving.

• You possess senior-level experience with Java, Spring, and SpringBoot.

• Experience with Python is a significant advantage. Familiarity with LLMs, AWS, and Kubernetes will set you apart.

• Knowledge of the banking environment is a strong plus.

• You are a proactive, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

• You thrive in Agile environments and have a genuine interest in overall solution architecture.

• You are willing to actively share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and introduce innovative ideas and procedures.

• You are fluent in English at a communicative level.

• Czech or Slovak language at an professional level is essential, English at least on technical level.

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain complex functionalities for the virtual assistant.

• Build and optimize integrations with various banking and non-banking APIs.

• Model sophisticated dialogs using a domain-specific language (YAML-based DSL).

• Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the application, including proactive error hunting, bug fixing, and maintenance.

• Work within an AWS environment to ensure the application is deployed and operated efficiently.

• Champion the sustainability of results through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to high architectural standards.
