We are looking for a Power BI Engineer to design and scale modern analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.

This role sits at the crossroads of data engineering, analytics engineering, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on building robust, high-performing Power BI ecosystems.

You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of BI solutions — from data modeling to visualization and governance — working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This is you

• You have 4+ years of experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering

• You have deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, datasets, security, architecture)

• You’re confident with SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure SQL, Synapse)

• You understand data modeling and data warehousing concepts inside out

• You’ve worked with cloud environments (Azure is a plus)

• You can take vague business questions and turn them into scalable data solutions

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric

• Familiarity with CI/CD for BI (deployment pipelines, Git integration)

• Knowledge of Python or Spark

This is your role

• You design and deliver high-impact Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices across Pro, Premium, and Fabric environments

• You translate complex business requirements into clean, reusable data models, leveraging advanced DAX and optimized data structures like star and snowflake schemas

• You collaborate closely with data engineers to build analytics-ready pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization

• You establish governance, security (including RLS), and monitoring processes to maintain reliability and proactively resolve issues

• You partner with stakeholders to drive actionable insights, mentor team members, and promote excellence in data storytelling and self-service BI
