We are looking for a Senior Pre-sales Consultant who excels at synthesizing inputs from across the business into compelling, client-ready proposals. This role demands strong storytelling, project management, and coordination skills to deliver high-quality content on time, mitigate risks, and drive deal success.
This is you
3+ years’ experience in a consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or commercial environment;
Consultative mindset: Strategic thinking, probing questions, linking problems to solutions;
Strong commercial acumen for scoping, pricing, and selling tech engagements;
Solid AI knowledge for complex business challenges;
Excellent storytelling/communication to simplify complex ideas;
Proven stakeholder management for structured, deadline-driven bids/projects;
Proactive, driven in fast-paced, evolving environments;
Inquisitive challenger of the status quo;
Familiarity with proposals, SOWs, or commercial structuring;
Location: US, East Coast.
Nice-to-have skills:
Consulting firm or tech services background;
Enterprise client exposure and large-org buying insights;
Multi-industry experience.
This is your role
Drive the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity intake through proposal creation, qualification, and client presentation;
Work closely with account teams, service line teams, technology, and delivery teams to shape, scope, and respond to commercial opportunities in a structured, gated process;
Translate complex technology solutions into clear, compelling client narratives and proposals;
Bring cross-functional teams together (technology, service lines, commercial, and account management) to deliver winning bids;
Help build and refine the solutions function’s operating model, processes, and ways of working as the team matures;
Develop a deep understanding of Avenga’s capabilities and service offerings to position them effectively against client needs;
Over time, take on a more direct customer-facing remit, contributing to consultative conversations with key enterprise accounts.
