In your role, you'll become a vital member of a high-performance team of skilled professionals, including R&D Engineers, DevOps, and Product Specialists. Your primary responsibility will involve defining the Client Integration Platform strategy, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution. This is you

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, specifically focused on integrations, middleware, and API strategies.

• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into detailed epics, personas, and user stories.

• Deep understanding of SIS/ERP endpoints and experience documenting standard shared data types.

• Hands-on experience with Backlog management, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on risk and technical dependencies.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert for both developers and executive stakeholders.

• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for modern technologies and scalable architectures.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience using AI vibe coding tools for rapid prototyping and UI/UX guidance.

• Knowledge of specific ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Experience in global consultancy or engineering-heavy environments.

This is your role

• Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning through release, focusing on long-term scalable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, DevOps, and Professional Services to align integration technologies across all product lines.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into technical product workarounds or solutions.

• Participate in multiple R&D Agile teams, conducting story point sizing and prioritizing user stories in each sprint.

• Act as first-line support for developers and QA, ensuring the technical vision is accurately implemented.

• Manage release activities, including the authoring of technical documentation, release notes, and training content.
