In Buenos Aires or Cordoba, within the banking sector, we are actively seeking a Middle Backend Developer (NodeJs and TypeScript) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available backend applications using these technologies.

In this role, you will be a key member of a highly qualified team of professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the design of distributed architectures based on microservices and event-driven systems. This is you

• +4 years as a backend developer with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in REST API design and development.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of testing (unit and integration).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in financial systems (payments, procurement, credit, risk).

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.

• Experience with high-concurrency or mission-critical systems.

• Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP).

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Participate in the design of distributed architectures based on microservices and event-driven systems.

• Create and evolve critical REST APIs and services for financial products.

• Work on high-volume, low-latency systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and traceability (e.g., payment processing or clearing).

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Contribute to technical design decisions and propose improvements and best practices.

• Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS.

• Ensure quality through testing, monitoring, and observability.
