We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer with Python experience to join our team. The client provides core services and high-quality solutions for a large-scale online platform and everything related to the online banking system, integrating externally developed components into existing application environments.

As a Senior Java Engineer with Python experience, you will be working on an online banking system together with an international team of top developers. You will also take part in setting standards, establishing guidelines, and sharing best practices in order to ensure continuous learning and development.

This is you

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java backend development

• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with Python 3 (FastAPI is a plus)

• Solid experience with Apache Kafka

• Experience with AWS (S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud environments

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD (e.g., Harness)

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana or Datadog

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools

• Effective teamwork, supporting colleagues and contributing to common goals

• English — Upper-Intermediate level

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms

This is your role

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and internal platforms

• Work on integrations with third-party systems and custom-built services

• Maintain and extend high-availability, customer-facing communication systems

• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and service resilience

• Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Frontend teams

• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and solution definition

• Support and improve existing Python services, alongside new Java-based development

• Contribute to performance, scalability, and overall system improvements
