Within the financial services domain, we are looking for an AI Engineer to support the implementation of GenAI solutions on the Azure platform.

The role focuses on building and improving AI-driven systems for real business use cases, including credit analysis, document processing, and AI-based evaluation.

This is a short-term, high-impact project (approx. 4 months), focused on building and optimizing production-ready GenAI systems for real business use cases, including credit analysis, document processing, and AI-based evaluation systems, with a possibility of extension.

This is you

• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs in real-world projects (beyond experiments or PoCs)

• Solid engineering background (Machine Learning / Data / Software Engineering)

• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure is preferred)

• Interest in or experience with Azure AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)

• Ability to work in a client-facing or consulting setup

• Fluent in English

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in financial services (asset management, credit analysis)

• Experience with RAG, AI agents or multi-model LLM setups

• Experience with document processing solutions (e.g. OCR, Document Intelligence)

• Familiarity with governance, explainability and model evaluation in regulated environmentsX

• German language

This is your role

• Support the implementation of GenAI use cases on Azure (e.g. credit analysis, document processing, sentiment analysis)

• Work with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence

• Design and improve LLM-based solutions (RAG, assistants, AI agents)

• Ensure solution quality (accuracy, traceability) and compliance with domain-specific requirements

• Optimize AI pipelines in terms of scalability, performance and cost

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and contribute to solution design
