We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist who will help us optimize how we allocate people to projects, ensure operational readiness, and support smooth collaboration between staffing teams, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in connecting talent supply with project demand, whether through staffing coordination, bench management, or system/process support.

This is you

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Basic understanding of resource planning and workload management processes

• Familiarity with Jira and scheduling tools (Outlook, Teams)

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting (Power BI is a plus)

• Ability to handle routine tasks independently and prioritize workload

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Support resource planning activities, including capacity analysis and bench forecasting

• Assist in resource allocation and tracking of billable vs. non-billable utilization

• Maintain and update resource data in internal systems and tools

• Prepare basic reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)

• Use Jira to track tasks and support workflow management

• Coordinate schedules using MS Outlook and Teams Calendar

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation and organized records

• Identify routine issues and escalate when necessary
