Within the fintech domain, we are actively seeking a highly experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to strengthen our team responsible for building and standardizing CI/CD pipelines at scale.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing a Golden Path CI/CD framework, enabling engineering teams to efficiently build, deploy, and operate services in a complex Kubernetes-based environment.

In your role, you’ll become a vital member of a Platform Engineering team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and standardized infrastructure solutions.

The team is responsible for evolving the CI/CD ecosystem, improving developer experience, and establishing best practices across a large-scale, multi-cluster Kubernetes environment.

This is you

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in large-scale environments (multi-cluster setups)

• Deep expertise in CI/CD design and implementation (not just usage)

• Solid experience with GitHub Actions

• Experience with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD)

• Strong knowledge of Helm and Kubernetes package management

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Solid experience working with AWS cloud environments

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously

• English level: B2+

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with the Harness platform

• Experience designing Golden Path / Internal Developer Platforms

• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems or multi-tenant platforms

• Familiarity with modern observability or AIOps practices

This is your role

• Design and implement a Golden Path CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions and GitOps principles

• Standardize and optimize CI/CD processes across engineering teams

• Build and maintain scalable deployment workflows using ArgoCD and Helm

• Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience and release efficiency

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of CI/CD infrastructure

• Contribute to best practices around infrastructure automation and delivery pipelines

• Work within a complex Kubernetes environment (50+ clusters), ensuring consistency and performance at scaleX
