In Bratislava within the banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to Product ownership.

This is you

• Proven experience in product coordination, delivery management, or product ownership

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (business + IT) in complex environments

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools

• Ability to work independently, structure work, and drive outcomes without supervision

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with backlog management and prioritization frameworks

• Fluent English both speaking and writing

This is your role

• Provide expert guidance in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives

• Collaborating with stakeholders

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with value delivery and ROI expectations

• Support planning and coordination of product development activities in cooperation with internal teams

• Contribute to defining and refining product features, ensuring readiness for development cycles

• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders as needed

• Support release planning

• The basic salary component from 2500 EUR gross, the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate
