We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a banking project focused on building scalable, secure, and business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will work on designing and developing modern applications and process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data integrity, and support key business functions.

You will play a key role in shaping robust enterprise applications using Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic banking environment.

This is you

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, with deep expertise in Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps

• Advanced knowledge of Business Rules, Business Process Flows, and scalable business application design

• Strong experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, approval workflows, automated flows, and integrations

• Working knowledge of Canvas Apps, Power Fx, and responsive application design

• Solid experience in Dataverse schema design, optimization, and relational data modeling

• Strong understanding of security roles, field-level security, and environment management within Dataverse

• Experience with data integration using connectors, REST APIs, JSON, OData, and custom connectors

• Knowledge of solution packaging, ALM processes, and managing Dev/Test/Prod environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

This is your role

• Design and develop Model-Driven Apps leveraging Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles

• Architect and maintain Dataverse data models, including complex relational structures, custom tables, calculated and rollup fields, and business logic

• Build, optimize, and maintain Power Automate flows, including cloud flows, approval workflows, and integration flows

• Implement business process automation using Business Process Flows, workflows, and custom logic

• Develop and enhance Canvas Apps for targeted use cases requiring custom UI or mobile-friendly experiences

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems through connectors or custom APIs

• Ensure solutions follow best practices for governance, security, ALM, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing applications
