We are actively seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a Microsoft Entra ID migration initiative focused on analyzing and documenting authentication changes across approximately 100 business applications. The role involves assessing current authentication mechanisms, defining required changes for migration to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), coordinating with SaaS vendors, and producing detailed technical and functional documentation to support secure identity and access management modernization.

Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Good understanding of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
Experience with Authentication & Identity Management solutions
Hands-on experience with SaaS application integration analysis
Experience gathering requirements and preparing technical documentation
Ability to perform gap analysis and impact assessment
Strong communication skills when working with stakeholders and vendors
Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation
Practical experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is your role
Analyze and document current authentication methods for approximately 100 applications
Assess application readiness for migration to Microsoft Entra ID authentication
Define and document required changes, dependencies, and integration approaches
Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external SaaS vendors
Investigate feasibility and technical implementation options for Entra ID integration
Gather and document business and technical requirements related to authentication and access management
Create clear technical documentation, process flows, and migration recommendations
Support solution design discussions related to SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and federation
Track application migration status, risks, blockers, and technical gaps
Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and technical analysis sessions
Ensure compliance with security and identity management standards
