In AMBA (Buenos Aires), within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to the quality and integrity of our Document Management, Knowledge Base, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
This project is central to the bank's digital evolution, focusing on ensuring that document workflows, OCR recognition, and AI-driven responses meet the highest standards of accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user experience.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals dedicated to software quality and regulatory excellence. Your primary responsibility will involve designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for complex document systems and AI components. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the bank's technological progress, ensuring our automated and intelligent systems provide reliable and high-value services to our customers.
This is you
Proven experience in manual and functional testing for web and mobile applications.
Solid knowledge of Project Management and Defect Management tools (JIRA).
Hands-on experience with XRay Test Management.
Familiarity with automation and performance tools such as JMeter, Postman, Java, Appium, or Katalon.
Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Location: Residence in AMBA (mandatory for hybrid scheme).
Availability: Hybrid work model (3 days in-person: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 2 days remote).
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in the Banking or Financial industry.
Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) validation and document migration processes.
Previous exposure to AI testing, including validation of LLM responses, voice, and tone.
This is your role
Design and execute test cases for Document Management Systems, Knowledge Bases, and AI components.
Validate OCR configurations, ensuring accuracy across different document formats, languages, and quality levels.
Audit document workflows, including versioning, publishing statuses, permissions, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure AI quality control, evaluating if generated responses are useful, contextually correct, and aligned with the bank's voice and tone guidelines.
Oversee document migrations, guaranteeing data integrity, metadata preservation, and functional stability.
Report and track defects in JIRA/XRay, collaborating with technical teams for swift resolution.
Participate in the review of user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure full testability and quality coverage.
