We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on transforming and evolving existing developments into a scalable product format. You will operate within an autonomous unit while staying aligned with a large-scale client organization comprising dozens of Salesforce engineers.
This is you
4–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Solid mastery of Apex (including design patterns), LWC, and Salesforce Integration patterns.
Experience with modern DevOps practices, version control, and managed package environments.
Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and release management processes.
Relevant Salesforce certifications are mandatory. The more certifications, the better.
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice-to-have skills:
Niche Cloud Expertise.
Experience in any of the following domains: Experience Cloud, Field Service (FSM), Health Cloud, B2B Commerce, Marketing Cloud.
This is your role
Implement high-quality business logic and UI components using Apex and LWC.
Take ownership of features from requirements to deployment, ensuring they are package-ready.
Build and maintain stable connections with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Handle the release process using Salesforce CLI and Git, including work with 2GP (Second-Generation Managed Packages).
Write robust unit tests, debug complex issues, and optimize code for Large Data Volumes (LDV).
Stay technically aligned with the client’s wider engineering community while maintaining autonomy over your tasks.
