In Prague we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale finance transformation project focused on the implementation of a modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform.

In this role, you will act as a key link between Finance, IT, and implementation teams. You will be responsible for understanding the existing systems landscape, analysing financial data structures, documenting end-to-end data flows, and defining requirements that support financial consolidation, reporting, and data integration.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, finance, and technology, and who is comfortable translating complex data and system requirements into clear and actionable specifications.

This is you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance transformation, reporting, EPM, ERP, or data integration projects

• Strong understanding of financial processes, financial reporting, and Chart of Accounts structures

• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements

• Ability to analyse complex system landscapes and identify data dependencies across multiple applications

• Experience creating data mappings, process documentation, and data flow diagrams

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

• You are proficient in English

This is your role

• Analyse the existing systems landscape and define end-to-end data flows, system dependencies, and integration requirements

• Design and maintain data mapping specifications, including Chart of Accounts alignment, and integration requirements across multiple systems

• Design and document solution requirements using structured modelling techniques (e.g. UML, BPMN) and support definition of integration interfaces

• Facilitate workshops and continuous stakeholder communication, translating business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams

• Identify data quality issues, risks, and gaps, and support validation, reconciliation, and testing activities throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Produce high-quality documentation including requirements specifications, process models, system diagrams, and data flow documentation
