The Business Analyst serves as a strategic collaborator responsible for bridging the gap between business vision and operational execution. This role requires a proactive professional who seeks to understand core business objectives and ensures all stakeholders are aligned on the path forward. The Business Analyst acts as a primary assistant to the Product Owners, facilitating high-level business discussions and ensuring that requirements are mapped with precision to drive measurable organizational value.

Strategic Discovery & Requirement Definition
Partners with Product Owners to deconstruct complex business needs, transforming high-level concepts into detailed, logical requirements and functional user stories.
Ensures that the business logic for every proposed feature is sound, well-documented, and aligned with the overarching product strategy. Business
Support & Dependency Management
Identifies, tracks, and manages dependencies across various business and product workstreams to ensure consistent project momentum.
Assists in high-level business discussions to help bridge the gap between strategic intent and functional product design.
Value Validation & Success Mapping
Collaborates with the product team to defi ne "success" for every project by identifying the specific KPIs and business impact metrics required to track value post-launch.
Utilizes an analytical mindset to validate assumptions, ensuring that requirements align with current business trends and organizational goals.
