This is the job

We are looking for a highly hands-on AI Engineer with strong experience in computer vision, graph-based modeling, and agentic AI systems. You thrive in fast-moving R&D environments and are comfortable building end-to-end prototypes from scratch.

This is you

• Strong hands-on experience in computer vision and object detection (YOLOv8, DETR, Detectron2 or similar), including end-to-end model training pipelines

• Experience designing and working with knowledge graphs (Neo4j, NetworkX, RDFLib or similar)

• Strong experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems (LangChain / LangGraph, tool use, function calling)

• Solid background in Python backend development (FastAPI or similar) and building production-ready services with Docker

• Experience building agentic RAG systems, including retrieval, reasoning loops, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, Weaviate)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GCS) or other cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Experience with multimodal AI (vision + text) for document or diagram understanding

• Familiarity with simulation or engineering domains

• Experience with sandboxed code execution in agentic workflows

• Exposure to Python-based simulation tools or structured code generation systems

This is your role

• Build and train object detection models (YOLOv8, DETR, Detectron2 or similar)

• Prepare and manage custom datasets and annotation pipelines

• Design and implement end-to-end computer vision pipelines

• Develop knowledge graphs from structured and multimodal data

• Work with graph databases and libraries (Neo4j, NetworkX, RDFLib)

• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain

• Implement agentic RAG systems with iterative retrieval and reasoning

• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models) into production workflows

• Develop and wrap custom tools for LLM agents (Pydantic-based interfaces, validation, APIs)

• Build backend services using Python (FastAPI), Docker, and async processing
