This is you

• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Proven track record in IAM solution implementation, including designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-scale identity and access management platforms

• Strong solution architecture experience, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant IAM ecosystems aligned with business and security objectives

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint is required

• Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles, including authentication, authorization, privileged access management, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.

This is your role

• Define and drive the overall Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architecture, ensuring the platform supports complex global business requirements, multi-region deployments, data residency regulations, and diverse organizational structures.

• Design and govern enterprise-wide access management models, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) frameworks.

• Lead the onboarding strategy for thousands of applications, establishing integration standards for authoritative sources, target systems, out-of-the-box connectors, and custom API-based integrations.

• Ensure the IAM/IGA solution aligns with corporate governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements while supporting security best practices and regulatory obligations.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team consisting of IAM architects, developers, business analysts, and QA engineers.

• Define and implement DevOps and delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing strategies, release management, and environment promotion processes.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and long-term scalability of the IAM platform.

• Drive architecture decisions, solution governance, and best practices across the IAM ecosystem, ensuring performance, security, maintainability, and operational excellence.
