We are looking for an Agentic AI Solution Architect to help organizations design and implement next-generation AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to transform automation opportunities into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will lead technical discoveries, define solution architectures, and establish the patterns, guardrails, and governance required to build reliable agentic systems.

You will play a key role in shaping AI-enabled business processes, designing multi-agent workflows, and helping delivery teams successfully implement and operate AI solutions in production environments.

This is you

• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture or Solution Architecture roles

• 2+ years of experience designing GenAI or LLM-powered solutions

• Comfortable working directly with clients, leading technical discovery sessions, challenging requirements, and communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience designing GenAI solutions with production-grade guardrails

• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including retrieval strategies, embedding models, vector databases, and reranking techniques

• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation

• Experience with at least one cloud AI platform such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, or similar

• Strong software engineering background with the ability to review production code, assess system designs, and guide implementation quality

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Background in Data Science or Machine Learning

This is your role

• Translate business automation ideas into clearly defined, technically feasible AI solution concepts

• Lead structured discovery workshops to uncover business processes, edge cases, approval flows, and operational constraints

• Manage client expectations around AI autonomy and define where human-in-the-loop controls are required

• Design and build multi-agent architectures using modern agent frameworks

• Define orchestration patterns, tool usage strategies, and governance mechanisms for autonomous workflows

• Design and implement production-grade guardrails, monitoring, and observability capabilities for agent-based systems

• Evaluate and optimize agent performance across reliability, latency, quality, and cost dimensions

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of solution architectures

• Contribute to the development of reusable AI accelerators, architectural patterns, templates, and evaluation frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple client engagements

• Support the continuous evolution of Avenga’s AI capabilities and best practices
