In Argentina, within the Business Process Management domain, we are actively seeking 2 Bizagi BPM Developers to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals passionate about process automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise integration.

This is you

• Hands-on experience with Bizagi BPM Suite development and configuration.

• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling.

• Experience configuring forms, business rules, workflows, data models, and user assignments in Bizagi.

• Experience integrating applications through REST APIs, SOAP services, connectors, and web services.

• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.

• Experience with source code management tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure development practices.

• Troubleshooting and debugging skills for BPM solutions and integrations.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, banking, insurance).

• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools.

• Exposure to cloud-native BPM deployments.

This is your role

• Model business processes following the BPMN 2.0 standard within the Bizagi platform.

• Configure forms, business rules, data entities, and user assignments.

• Integrate business processes with internal systems through connectors and APIs.

• Apply DevOps and DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Use source code version control with repositories such as Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of BPM solutions.

• Troubleshoot and debug BPM applications and integrations.

• Participate in defining and reviewing standards and guidelines applicable to design and development.
