Strong hands-on experience with AWS, especially Glue and Redshift
Expertise in Redshift schema design, data modeling, and query optimization
Proven experience building and maintaining Airflow DAGs
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience developing, testing, and debugging production-grade code
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, FP&A, Commercial Performance)
Apache Iceberg and MicroStrategy knowledge
This is your role
Gather, analyze and translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data products and pipelines
Develop and optimize data models, AWS Glue jobs, and Airflow workflows
Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, and continuous improvements
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions
Drive best practices, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve processes
Thrive in Agile environments, managing multiple priorities with a proactive mindset
