We are seeking an experienced Senior Controlling Manager with proven experience with MS365 Dynamics to join our team and play a key role in driving financial transparency, business performance, and strategic decision-making. In this position, you will act as a trusted business partner to Finance, HR, Delivery, and Commercial leaders, supporting the organization through insightful analysis, reliable reporting, and proactive financial management.
This is you
More than 8 years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, Audit, or a related area, ideally within the IT industry and/or audit environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Solid understanding of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and business KPIs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented working style.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented and customer-focused mindset, capable of working effectively in both national (German) and international environments.
Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced level of English

This is your role
Lead monthly closing activities and planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of financial and business reporting.
Prepare analyses and respond to ad hoc requests from management.
Support and collaborate on year-end closing activities.
Continuously monitor business performance, identify deviations from plans and targets, analyze root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Serve as a strategic business partner to managers across Finance, HR, Delivery, and Commercial functions.
Develop and enhance controlling processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Provide insights into financial performance and support data-driven decision-making.
