We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a global digital manufacturing initiative. You will play a key role in shaping the Enterprise Recipe Management landscape by translating business needs into functional solutions, supporting system integrations, and driving collaboration between business and IT teams.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, enterprise applications, and business process analysis who enjoy working in international, cross-functional environments.
This is you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5–10 years of experience as a Functional Architect, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or GxP-regulated industry.
Hands-on experience with product recipe design and parameter definition in manufacturing systems such as PLM, MES, LIMS, or ERP.
Solid understanding of SQL databases, relational data models, and reporting solutions.
Proven experience delivering system integration projects involving platforms such as DeltaV, SAP S/4HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
Ability to facilitate productive discussions, manage conflicting priorities, and drive decisions toward business outcomes.
Availability to work between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM CET to ensure collaboration with teams across Europe and the US.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-have skills:
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards and enterprise integration concepts.
Understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products.
Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of data interoperability, reporting standards, and business process mapping.
Ability to align solution architecture and process design across multiple IT domains.
Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing integration initiatives.
