In Ukraine within the Healthcare industry, we are actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our team. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality healthcare products.

This is you

• Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis;

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills;

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain, including security and role-based access requirements;

• Experience with backlog management and prioritization techniques;

• Working knowledge of Postman for API testing and validation;

• Ability to review and work with API specifications;

• Experience collaborating with multinational stakeholders and distributed teams;

• Ability to work with detailed business and functional requirements;

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Experience in identifying requirement gaps and performing risk analysis;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Ability to understand which requirements affect what;

• Figma knowledge would be beneficial to draw mock-ups.

This is your role

• Elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements;

• Prioritize requirements for releases and sprint planning;

• Participate in Sprint Planning and support preparation activities;

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication;

• Groom and refine requirements with the project team;

• Work closely with the Product Owner, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clear and ready for implementation;

• Manage the product backlog and support requirements prioritization;

• Facilitate and participate in Sprint Demo sessions;

• Perform impact analysis together with the Development team;

• Review and validate defects, ensuring they are correctly documented and properly prioritized.
