This is you
Hands on development experience across automation platforms, low code tooling and AI or agentic configuration
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or equivalent enterprise low code and agentic platforms
Working knowledge of prompt design, agent orchestration and AI governance guardrails within an enterprise environment
Strong debugging and testing discipline, comfortable working to defined acceptance criteria and QA gates
Experience delivering within a pod based or squad based delivery model with concurrent use cases in flight
Ability to produce clear technical handover documentation for downstream support and monitoring teams
This is your role
Design, build and test automation workflows and AI agents against approved functional specifications and acceptance criteria
Develop low code solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, alongside traditional automation development where required
Configure and tune AI agent behaviour, prompts and orchestration logic for use cases such as invoice reconciliation and subsequent prioritised opportunities
Work with the Data Engineer and Solution Architect to ensure data flows, integrations and exception handling are robust prior to release
Support unit and integration testing ahead of formal QA sign off
Package solutions for release and support the transition into the Monitoring stage, including handover documentation
Feed build effort and defect data back into the COE methodology's Automation Assessment and Time and Capacity components
