In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and designing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. This is you

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products.

• Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma (or similar) and project tracking in Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, conduct discovery, and understand business needs to deliver high-value solutions.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies.

• Availability for fieldwork (terreno) and willingness to work under a hybrid model.

• Must reside in Santiago, Chile (or be willing to relocate locally).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience working on field-research or service design projects for retail or logistics/distribution environments.

This is your role

• Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and end-to-end user journeys.

• Lead discovery phases, gathering functional requirements and aligning them with business goals.

• Conduct fieldwork to gather real-user insights, validate ideas, and iterate based on feedback.

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
