In Córdoba, Argentina, within the Banking and Financial Services industry, we are actively seeking a Senior Technical Functional Analyst with solid expertise in Bantotal to strengthen our team dedicated to Core Banking solutions and financial platform optimization for a leading banking institution. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing, designing, and supporting key banking modules. Please note: This position is based in Córdoba and requires an onsite presence at the client's office 3 days a week

In your role, you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled banking professionals, functional analysts, and technical specialists dedicated to implementing and evolving Core Banking features. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing gaps, designing functional transactions and services, defining test cases, and providing support throughout implementation and post-go-live stages. This is you

• Senior Technical Functional Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking sector.

• Mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience working directly with Bantotal across various modules: Liabilities (Pasivos), Debit Cards (Tarjetas de Débito), and Local Platforms (Plataformas Locales).

• Strong experience in gap analysis, functional design of transactions, and banking service definition.

• Solid track record in functional testing definition, execution, and QA support.

• Experience supporting migration processes, accounting controls, and go-live deployment activities.

• Ability to train and mentor internal analysts to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

• Mandatory requirement: Residence in Córdoba, Argentina (or full willingness to relocate), with availability for a hybrid work model requiring 3 days of onsite work per week at the client's office.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge or experience with additional Core Banking modules.

• Familiarity with local banking regulations and BCRA guidelines.

This is your role

• Perform detailed analysis and review of functional and technical gaps for banking solutions.

• Design functional transactions, end-to-end solutions, and banking services within Bantotal.

• Define and execute comprehensive functional test cases to ensure solution quality and stability.

• Train and mentor internal team analysts to guarantee operational continuity and knowledge sharing.

• Provide specialized support to the Quality Control (QA) team during ABT functionality testing.

• Assist and support teams during go-live processes, data migration, and accounting controls.

• Deliver post-implementation support to ensure seamless scalability for new transactions and modules.
