You will help build and extend a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework, combining test automation with AI orchestration, agentic workflows, governance, and CI/CD.
You will work on reusable AI-enabled automation capabilities, including MCP integrations, AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, test data management, and performance testing.
This is you
Experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks, such as MCP, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
Strong experience with test automation and automation framework development
Experience with AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot or similar tools
Understanding of Governance-as-Code / PromptOps and versioned AI artifacts
Experience with CI/CD, preferably Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
Experience with test data management and synthetic/deterministic test data
Familiarity with self-healing automation and AI-assisted test generation
Understanding of performance/load testing, preferably Locust
Experience with test reporting, quality metrics, and analytics

Extend the existing automation framework with AI-enabled capabilities
Implement AI orchestration and MCP-based integrations
Create reusable prompts, instruction sets, and governance rules
Enable AI-assisted test generation and self-healing capabilities
Integrate the framework with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
Support dynamic regression selection and parallel test execution
Build reusable test data generation and management capabilities
Support AI-assisted performance and load testing
Track automation coverage, stability, execution time, and quality metrics
