We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a project focused on building and extending a unified, AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework.

In this role, you will combine AI orchestration, agentic frameworks, MLOps, Governance-as-Code, CI/CD, and Test Data Management to enable AI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, reusable AI capabilities, and performance testing.

This is you

• Strong software engineering and programming skills, preferably with Python

• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks, such as MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar

• Experience working with AI models and AI-assisted development workflows

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

• Good understanding of MLOps, Governance-as-Code, and PromptOps

• Experience with versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, policy rules, and reusable AI artifacts

• Experience with CI/CD, including Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions

• Understanding of AI-assisted testing and self-healing automation

• Experience with synthetic test data generation and Test Data Management (TDM)

This is your role

• Extend existing automation frameworks with AI-enabled capabilities and contribute to a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework

• Develop reusable prompts and instruction sets for AI-assisted test generation and standardize shared automation components

• Implement AI orchestration and MCP-based enterprise integrations, including GitHub Copilot and approved MCP connectors

• Enable governed AI workflows for test design, analysis, and optimization, and establish reusable orchestration and integration patterns

• Implement Governance-as-Code using versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, and policy rules, including their propagation and distribution across automation repositories

• Enable self-healing automation for UI, API, and database changes through engineer-controlled approval workflows

• Integrate the framework with Jenkins/GitHub Actions and support dynamic regression selection and parallel test execution

• Transition selected existing automation flows into the unified framework, apply AI capabilities, and validate them against agreed PoC success criteria

• Analyze test data sources and implement reusable capabilities for deterministic test data generation and management

• Track automation coverage, stability, execution time, and defect trends, support centralized reporting through Report Portal, and measure improvements against established baselines

• Develop AI-assisted performance and load testing capabilities, including reusable scenarios, scripts (e.g. Locust-based), test data, and request payloads
