Strong experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams including developers, BAs, architects, QA and security specialists.
Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and acting as a reliable delivery partner.
Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior management and C-level audiences.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business and executive-level communication.
Strong knowledge of programme planning, risk, issue, dependency, scope, change, resource, budget and acceptance management.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and other project planning or reporting tools.
Experience working with Sales and Account Management teams on proposals, estimates, Statements of Work and change requests.
Strong ownership, proactive approach and ability to keep delivery moving in ambiguous and complex environments.

Experience with fixed-price or deliverable-based engagements and formal change control.
PMP, CPMAI, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification.
This is your role
Own and maintain the integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance activities.
Drive delivery proactively by identifying risks, removing blockers and escalating issues when required.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, technology and executive levels.
Act as the main coordination point between the client, Avenga leadership and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Prepare and present clear, decision-oriented programme reports covering progress, risks, financials and key decisions.
Lead governance meetings, steering committees, programme reviews, workshops and executive presentations.
Coordinate developers, business analysts, architects, QA, security specialists and workstream leads.
Manage the delivery lifecycle of Agentic AI use cases from discovery and value definition through design, development, evaluation, pilot, release and transition to monitoring.
Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, deliverables and approvals are clearly defined and traceable.
Own RAID, action, decision, dependency and change management.
Manage programme budgets, forecasts and resource allocation together with Finance, Resource Management and Account Leadership.
Work closely with Sales and Account teams to support new opportunities, proposals, estimates and follow-on work.
Ensure commercial commitments are realistic and aligned with delivery capacity.
Maintain transparent plans, documentation, reporting and delivery status using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Promote a culture of accountability, proactive communication, early escalation and continuous improvement.
