We are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for a global client. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead programme governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional delivery, working closely with Avenga's Core Team, AI Readiness & Discovery Pod and Delivery Pod. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can drive execution, manage programme priorities and translate complex AI topics into clear business outcomes and executive-level decisions.

This is you

• Experience leading complex Enterprise AI, Generative AI or Agentic AI programmes involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams

• Practical understanding of the Agentic AI delivery lifecycle, including orchestration, integrations, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, monitoring and Responsible AI

• Proven programme, project or delivery management experience in complex software, data, cloud or digital transformation environments

• Strong track record of building trusted client relationships across organisational levels, including senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with experience reporting to C-level and CEO audiences

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, architects and testers

• Strong expertise in planning, risk, issue, dependency, scope, change, resource, budget and acceptance management

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, especially Jira, Confluence and executive reporting solutions

• Experience supporting Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, estimates, statements of work and change requests

• Proactive, structured and ownership-driven approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to operate in ambiguous environments

• Professional fluency in English, with confidence facilitating challenging discussions and presenting to international senior stakeholders

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with enterprise agentic platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agent 365 or similar technologies

• Experience delivering AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, identity and security services

• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, security, data protection and regulatory requirements for enterprise AI

• Consulting or professional services background, with experience in client-facing and commercially accountable delivery environments

• Experience managing fixed-price or deliverable-based engagements, including formal acceptance and change control

• Experience working with global organisations and distributed cross-functional teams

This is your role

• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan across workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, client inputs, decision points and acceptance activities

• Proactively drive delivery by managing risks, capacity constraints, blockers and escalations

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business, technology, management and executive levels

• Act as the key coordination point between Swarovski, Avenga leadership and the delivery team

• Prepare and deliver executive-level programme reporting covering progress, outcomes, risks, financials and key decisions

• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, programme reviews, workshops and executive presentations, ensuring clear actions and accountability

• Translate complex Agentic AI, architecture, security, data and delivery topics for business and executive audiences

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, architects, QA and security specialists

• Manage the delivery lifecycle of Agentic AI use cases from discovery through deployment and monitoring

• Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, deliverables and approvals remain traceable and aligned with contractual commitments

• Own RAID, action, decision and dependency management, ensuring effective scope and change control

• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, resources and commercial delivery metrics in partnership with finance and account leadership

• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams on opportunity shaping, proposals, estimates and capacity-aligned commitments

• Maintain accurate reporting, delivery data and programme performance visibility for senior leadership

• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps to manage plans, documentation and delivery status
