We are looking for a .NET / Technical Lead for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns.

This is you

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering

• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming concepts

• Hands-on experience designing and developing end-to-end solutions within distributed and microservices architectures

• Strong understanding of software design principles, clean and testable code

• Experience writing unit tests and building reliable, maintainable solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges

• Excellent judgment and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to consider different perspectives and challenge assumptions

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience providing constructive feedback and supporting the professional growth of team members

• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment and consistently deliver on sprint and quarterly commitments

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience working with F#.

• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or Playwright.

• Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools such as TeamCity and Octopus.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and Sumo Logic.

• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or similar technical leadership role.

• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical decision-making.

 This is your role

• Design and develop end-to-end flows within a distributed/microservices application architecture.

• Drive technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions across the project.

• Develop high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and testable software using C# and .NET.

• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure reliability and code quality.

• Analyze complex technical challenges and identify effective, sustainable solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Provide constructive technical feedback and support team members in their professional development.

• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Help the team maintain a high level of quality and efficiency while consistently meeting sprint and quarterly commitments.

• Ensure technical solutions align with project requirements, architectural standards, and long-term business goals.
