Core skills you’ll bring

  • Production monitoring, daily health checks, and availability management

  • Incident and problem management, including P1/P2 incidents and root cause analysis

  • Technical and functional production support, with SLA/KPI adherence

  • CI/CD deployments, environment management, and change/release processes

  • Backup, recovery, security, and service request management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with automated scaling and capacity management

  • Knowledge of backup retention policies and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

  • Experience with production/non-production environment synchronisation and data refreshes

  • Familiarity with performance tuning and recurring incident prevention

The impact you'll create

  • Ensure application availability, reliability, and smooth production operations

  • Resolve incidents within SLA, improve first-time resolution, and reduce MTTR

  • Drive root cause analysis and prevent recurring issues through problem management

  • Ensure safe deployments, effective backup and recovery, and compliance with security policies

  • Maintain service quality through proactive monitoring and SLA/KPI reporting
