Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development and support of our client’s product portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of key responsibilities and collaborate with colleagues to deliver impactful solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to global technological innovation while continuously developing your expertise and advancing your career.

Core skills you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in software product integration or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, and cloud optimization is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

The impact you'll create

  • Skilled Program Manager to lead the integration of client's product portfolio.

  • Lead a key stream of the Product Integration program ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

  • Develop and manage the integration project plan, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful integration.

  • The Program Manager will predominantly be working with teams in USA, India and EU, and leadership in UK and USA.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the integration process.
