Core skills you’ll bring

  • Clarify and Specify Business Requirements

  • Very strong Communication skills in English with Different stakeholders (Client side - BAs, Technical People, Architects, PM, and Aveng Team PM, Devs, QAs, Architects, etc.)

  • Strong technical background - The person should meet Client Business Requirements with Technical Solutions,

  • Write proper and clean Technical Documentation, draw System diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Business Process Flows, Define Technical Data Mappings, Define Business Rules Specifications, etc.

  • Capable to support Testing process and even execute some QA activities, when necessary

  • Good technical understanding about XML, XSD, SQL, SOAPHttp and Rest API usage, Messaging

  • (Nice to have) Able to handle 24x7 On-Call Duties ( 3 to 5 evenings/nights per month; 99% without calls)

  • Clarify Business Requirements and transforms them in Solution Overview Description,

  • Keep Technical Documentation up to date,

  • Draw Business Process Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagram, Business Rules behavior, Data Mapping, Define and describe User Stories , etc.,
