At the core of the role

We are looking for an experienced AI / LLM Software Engineer / Enterprise Architect to help build AgentOS – a next-generation Enterprise Work Operating System. The platform replaces traditional ticket- and document-centric platforms (such as Jira and Confluence) with an enterprise registry, connected knowledge graph, and a multi-agent AI workforce. You will design and implement high-performance agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, and enterprise integration layers that allow human teams and AI agents to collaborate seamlessly over a shared enterprise source of truth.

Core skills you’ll bring

  • Strong background in software engineering (Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java) with hands-on experience in LLM integration and AI orchestration.

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph), tool/function calling, and advanced RAG architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with graph databases / semantic knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).

  • Proven experience building scalable enterprise APIs and integrations with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise security standards (OAuth, SAML, RBAC).

  • Czech or Slovak language at an excellent level is essential, with at least technical English proficiency.

The impact you'll create

  • Design, architect, and build autonomous multi-agent workflows and LLM orchestration layers for enterprise-scale deployment.

  • Develop and optimize connected knowledge graphs and semantic retrieval systems to maintain a shared enterprise source of truth.

  • Build and maintain secure, high-throughput integrations connecting AgentOS with data sources and tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and low-latency performance when moving AI agent solutions from concept to production.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product leaders to shape the future of AI-native enterprise workflows.
