Brygida is our Senior Engineering Manager based in Poland and she has been with the Avenga for several years, growing from a full-stack developer into a front-end focused leader and engineering manager. 

Alongside her professional role, she has developed a strong presence as a public speaker, community builder, and YouTube creator, sharing her knowledge with developers around the world. 

Starting Point: A Passion for Bringing People Together

What makes Brygida’s journey especially interesting is how naturally her passion for communication and knowledge sharing evolved over time. It did not start with a formal plan to become a speaker or content creator. Instead, it began with a simple idea: bringing people together. 

One of her first major initiatives was launching tech meetups in Katowice, first as part of Avenga on Tour and later evolving into NG Kato. The goal was to build a local developer community and create a space where people could exchange ideas, learn, and connect. What started as an experiment quickly turned into a growing and active community. 

First Steps on Stage and Growing as a Speaker

Avenga on Tour in Katowice also marked Brygida’s first experience as a speaker. It was her debut on stage, and also an important milestone that changed how she saw herself professionally. From that moment, public speaking became a consistent part of her development. 

Over time, she expanded her presence beyond local events and began speaking at international conferences in another countries such as India, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. Each event helped her grow in confidence and refine her ability to communicate complex technical topics in a simple and engaging way. 

YouTube Channel and Knowledge Sharing

Parallel to her speaking journey, Brygida started developing her own YouTube channel. This became an important extension of her passion for education and community building. 

On her channel, she shares technical insights, explains engineering topics in an accessible way, and reflects on her experiences in leadership and career growth. For her, YouTube is a way to building a long-term learning space where developers can return, learn at their own pace, and feel part of a wider community. 

Brygida’s Role at Avenga

Today, Brygida is recognized as a Google Developer Expert and Microsoft MVP, reflecting both her technical expertise and her commitment to sharing knowledge with the wider developer community. 

At Avenga, she continues to grow as an engineering leader, managing teams and working closely with our clients. Her journey shows how professional development and personal interests can strengthen each other, creating meaningful impact both inside and outside the organization.
