The Analyst at Avenga serves as a pivotal link among the participants throughout the software development process from the very beginning to the end. They are the fundamental pillar on which the successful delivery of the project hinges.

Required skills:

• Take responsibility for gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders
• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders should be your second nature
• Your tasks will include creating Wireframes, process modelling and creating Use Case
• Engage in daily communication with Stakeholders, Architect and the development team
• Presenting your solution to the client will be an necessary part of this role
• Manage change management throughout the project
• Create and update analytical documentation is expected
• Provide the support during creating tests and testing will be included

This is your role

• Skillfully formulate and analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
• Demonstrate expertise in process modelling and creating Use Case
• Showcase proficiency in UML/BPMN
• Navigate with ease using Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence
• Understanding the ins and outs of the banking, telecommunications or automotive sector would be beneficial
• Advocate for the proposed solution and cultivate a collaborative relationship with the client
• Experience with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure would be considered as an advantage
• Utilize your experience with WF and agile project delivery methodologies
• Exhibit proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level
