In Argentina we are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will drive the development and maintenance of our high-performance, user-friendly & multi-platform authentication applications. As a senior member of our team, you will have ownership of the company's authentication agent application development and have deep collaboration other members of the engineering team and leadership.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and C/C++ or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality desktop applications at scale.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture (e.g., message brokers, queues, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc).
• Experience with Windows & Linux application development, including applicable SDKs, APIs, etc.
• Experience with backend technologies including RESTful APIs, gRPC and web sockets.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for desktop applications.
• Knowledge of desktop application optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience leading a team, taking ownership and mentoring junior team members to success.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with cybersecurity, identity, and access management tools.
• Experience in product engineering and taking super ownership with building the best user experience with minimal direction or specifications.
• Experience engineering solutions as a generalist engineering mindset.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, containerization as well as standalone EC2.
• Experience with Postgres Databases, Redis data stores as well as maintenance of schemas via migrations using ORMs in C#, C/C++, Go.
• Experience with authentication protocols including but not limited to SAML2, OpenID/OAuth, WS-Trust & Kerberos
• Experience with any Linux shell, PowerShell, etc.
• Experience in building multi-platform desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), web, mobile (iOS & Android) single code-base apps using technologies like Flutter, React Native or equivalent is plus.
• Experience in desktop application using .Net Dependency Injection is a plus.
• Familiarity with Firebase or other cloud-based platforms.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#, C/C++, Go.
• Design, develop, and maintain distributed, high performance & scalable services & APIs using C#, C/C++, Go.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of new features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices.
• Optimize desktop & web applications for maximum performance and maintainability across platforms (C#, C/C++, Go).
• Stay updated with emerging multi-platform trends and contribute to evolving the development practices within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to meet their true potential and encourage working in a team environment.
