In Argentina we are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in cloud infrastructure (with a strong focus on AWS) and has a passion for building secure, scalable, and efficient CI/CD pipelines. This role will play a key part in elevating our DevSecOps practices, optimizing application delivery, and enhancing infrastructure automation.

This is you

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, but also experience with GCP and Azure.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, tools, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and monitoring Code Pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitFlow workflows and managing complex codebases.
• Experience with SAST tools like SonarQube and implementing automated security scanning in CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices in both application code and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and ensure dependency updates and pipeline compliance.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash, Python, etc.
• English level: B2+ (written and spoken).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience withDevSecOps implementations at scale.
• Familiarity with tools like OWASP Dependency-Check, Trivy, AquaSec, or similar.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in cloud environments.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).

This is your role

• Lead the enhancement of CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus onsecurity, stability, and performance.
• Integrate and manage security scanning tools into application and infrastructure code workflows.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure efficient and secure delivery of features.
• Establish standards and provide mentorship on DevOps best practices across multiple teams.
• Ensure all infrastructure and application code aligns with compliance and industry standards.
• Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure automation, staying ahead of trends and technologies.
